I have been Originating in Clarksville for about five years. I am licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky. I pride myself in being up to date on any changes in the market. I like to form bonds with my agents and clients letting them both know that even after the closing I am still available. Whether it be a financial question or personal I am still here. I think I am set apart from other Originators because I take my time to make it personal. If I qualify a future client who at the time can not buy I ask them to come in and I set up a plan to get the client on track so in the future they can. Telling someone no is very hard exspecially when they are in a bad situation. I think a helping hand gives them comfort and the will to take action. I am always available seven days a week and will never leave a question unaswered.
