| Bethany and her team were amazing to work with! She was always so optimistic, professional and so incredibly helpful. Her team was always very prompt with notifications and showing appointments. With a few minor improvements to the house which Bethany suggested, I was able to get the house on the market in less than month and it sold to the first person to look at for a value more than I expected. | Bethany assisted us with the sell of our house. She gave us great ideas of how to prepare our home for selling. The pictures they did for the website were awesome. Our home sold within the first 2 weeks of being on the market and over asking price so that was a plus for us. She was very helpful and kept us informed. I would recommend Bethany to anyone who is looking for a realtor to help them sell their home. |

| My husband and I were first time home buyers and had endless questions for Bethany to which she answered all with calmness and honesty. She was quick to set up showings on houses we wanted to see, but let us decide as a couple if the house was right for us or not. She was very knowledgeable and helped us wrap up the deal even after unforeseeable circumstances that delayed our closing date. Many realtors would have been overwhelmed and suggested we move on, but she was patient and worked behind the scenes to put the final details together. We are now living in our first home and loving it! We would definitely go with her again in the future! |

| Bethany and her team were fantastic to work with as my husband and I were looking for our first home. They were quick to respond to any questions we had, schedule a last minute showing on a house we wanted to see, and walked us through every step of buying our first house. Bethany worked hard to get us a great deal on a house that is SO much more than I every thought my husband and I could afford! | Bethany is a fantastic realtor! She sold our house in 6 days. When we first met her she had already done all her homework on the value of our house and nearby houses of similar value. Within hours of listing our house she had it posted on every real estate website available. She was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. | Bethany was able to achieve the impossible for my husband and I! Last summer, we made a big decision to try and buy my husbands grandparents house from the bank that owned it after his grandparents moved out. We knew it was next to impossible and we didn't get our hopes up. By August, Bethany had worked out a deal with the bank and had put our townhouse at the time up for sale. She sold it in all of 5 days with a cash offer, and began the buying process with the grandparents bank owned property! What we had thought was a pipe dream had become true! It was a long process, but not once did Bethany give up. She worked with us through to the end and sacrificed plenty of her time for us to reach our dream. If you want to work with someone that's going to do everything she can to get you the house you want, look no further and begin an amazing process with the most amazing realtor around!! |

| Bethany assisted my Fiance and I in the purchase of our first home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area we were looking in (South Mpls- Mainly Nokomis, Diamond Lake, Longfellow, Kingfield, Minnehaha). She never made us feel like we were "being sold to" or pressured into making a decision hastily. Even though the market was moving fast, she made sure we had all of the information and support we needed to feel comfortable about the process. And because the market was moving fast, she made sure to make time to bring us out on showings with short notice, even though I know she was assisting many other clients. She was quick to respond to all of our questions and requests, and find answers if she didn't have them. It was clear that all of her clients are important to her, and somehow she manages her time to give everyone the special attention for their individual needs. We felt like we were able to have open and honest conversations about the homes we were looking at, and Bethany became really in tune with what we were looking for and what would be a good fit with our current and future plans. Bethany has a terrific network of professionals in the the home buying / home maintenance / home improvement industries, so she has become a complete resource for us even after our closing. |

| Bethany was just the realtor we needed to sell our home. We had a family home, that was in our family it's entire existence, 100 years. Our leaving was difficult but needed. Bethany helped us through this process, and listened to our wants and needs for this sale. The showings, and open houses went smoothly and helped produce prospective buyers, with Bethany answering questions, and giving a brief history of our home. We were so happy she found a young family to move into our house and make it their home. Through Bethany guidance, we were able to promote the house as the classic it was. The house needed much updating, Bethany was very knowledgeable in negotiating with the new buyers, and helped us both through all the appraisal and inspections. Bethany was in contact with us throughout our listing, and very prompt in getting back to us, when we had questions and concerns. When it came time for us to see properties, Bethany always got us into see them ASAP and was there to answer questions for us. When I found a listing for an open house, we loved it, called her, and put an offer in that same afternoon, she was very accommodating to us whenever we asked, she went above and beyond with us, and I would highly recommend her to sell and help you buy your next home. |

| Bethany was the most incredible professional. She listened to what we wanted in a home, and showed us properties that fit our vision. She was familiar with the area in which we were searching, and showed her expertise in all the homes we visited. She noted things like new windows, recent carpet cleanings, piping issues, etc., Bethany was also available when we needed her. She answered text messages, emails, phone calls, and if we missed her she made sure to get back to us. Her dedication to her work and the individuals she helps is perfectly evident. We appreciate all of her help and I don't think we would have purchased this house without her. |

| As a first-time homebuyer, the process can be very intimidating. Bethany did an amazing job walking us through the process to ensure we understood what would happen if and when we found our dream home! She is very knowledgeable about real estate and follows through with exactly what you are looking for (price range, area, amenities) . She was also very reliable and flexible to work with, especially if you have a busy schedule. She actually rearranged her schedule so we could look at the house we currently own! On a very tight timeframe, she organized listings, worked around our schedule (and that of our 6 month old), and made what should have been a very stressful situation a breeze.
