| Dear Bill, I want to thank you so much for helping me to sell my house last year. As you know I looked at a lot of different agents, but you were the one that impressed me that most. Then, not only did you sell the house, but you and your wife helped me in so many other ways. You helped me get my house ready to show and I think that the new carpet did help the house get a better price. You helped me find a good mover and even got rid of things after we left. But I especially appreciated the kind way you were with my mother. The move was hard on her and I think you were right to wait to show the house until after we left. Things have been much better once we got to our new place. Thank you for staying in touch with me and making sure that I got my settlement check. | We were very pleased with Mr. Osburn's performance. With his knowledge of the market, we were able appropriately price the property which was reflected in its rapid sale. He was also able to quickly identify an appropriate and interested buyer. Through his concerted and intelligent efforts, he was able to quickly consummate the sale. I need to add that the property although basically sound, needed substantial renovation to bring the property up to neighborhood standards. We would highly recommend Mr. Osburn as a highly professional real estate agent. We would also utilize his services again given the appropriate conditions. |

| I want to heartily thank you for your help earlier this year finding a new home for my parents. You were the perfect man for the job. We were up against a deadline, but we never felt rushed by you. Saturday after Saturday you escorted around the county showing us properties on the market. In the nick of time you found the house on North Westland Drive and we purchased it that afternoon. The house is perfect in almost all ways. It is situated on a level lot in a private neighborhood with not through streets, yet it is accessible to everywhere. My father like this two-car garage, and the fenced back yard, for their dog. and my mother loves her master bathroom. They are not yet fully situated, but they will be soon. My parents moved from a home they had lived in for more than 43 years, a difficult move under any circumstance. With your help everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end.
