It's not just my 27 years as a licensed loan officer, but I have also retained my real estate license (even though I don't sell) and done the MCE classes in order to remain up to date on the issues confronting realtors. I am totally focused on making my clients "customers for life".
Certifications
My company, Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation (#11 in country last year) is TOTALLY focused on the realtor purchase business first. So while most banks and lenders are covered up with refinances in a low rate invironment, I can get Conventional, FHA and VA loans approved in 2 and 3 weeks.
