Selling Real Estate is not all I do although I love this industry for several years now. For the last 25 years as the owner of a popular and well known media company, I have licensed music to some of the biggest films, tv shows, and commercials, as well as representing over 70,000 copyrights of music, I have produced a children's animation (think Pixar HOME), and two indi films, as well as represent as a Literary Publisher 7 authors - two of whom are my own daughters (Abnora's Quest, R. Cohen; The Runaway Pizza, by S. Cohen and a holiday favorite Christmas In Kangaroo Land, by the late A. Handler). I understand that support is invaluable and a true show of character and I stick to my clients like white on rice until whatever challenge and task at hand is complete. Whether they are Home Sellers that have cherished their abode for several generations and finally need to sell or a creative artist struggling to express themselves through prose, or music I am passionate about people and their many shapes, colors and sizes while I look smilingly towards the future.
