FHA (Redding, CA), FHA Secure, FHA Streamline, Redding VA Loans, California VA financing, Hard Money, First House Programs, All Conforming and Non-Conforming refinances and purchases. I definately have had a lot of experience with low credit borrowers through FHA. I will not give up on a deal without a major fight.
When it comes to the mortgage market, I watch the bonds on the mortgage market guide. I am an expert when it comes to locking loans at the right time. It is important for clients to understand that in this market, rates are moving at a fast rate in either direction. It is important to get them pre-approved so we can lock them at just the right time.

| I am a CHP officer in the Redding area and I heard about Benji through his radio ad's. I came in and met with Benji after meeting with a few other lenders. The other lender turned me down for getting pre qualified for purchasing a new home. Benji was able to get me pre qualified in no time. My wife and I went and found a house and within a few days we were in escrow. During the process of our loan Benji and his staff were wonderful and walked us through every step. A few weeks went by and we just finalized everything on our new home and we could't be any happier, I strongly recommend using Benji for your home loan because like Benji says...there are a lot of lenders but only 1 Benji!!! |
