We specialize in representing our clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Maryville , Granite City, Collinsville, Glen Carbon, Troy, Edwardsville, Fairview Heights, Caseyville, Shiloh and surrounding areas. KIM BENDA I'm a Maryville native having been born and raised in the local area. I have been married for 27 years and have four wonderful boys. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with the family, traveling, participating in our church and volunteering with various youth programs and organizations. I have consistently been a Top Producer in real estate, and I do not work alone. I have a whole team of people working in your best interest. My clients voted me 2007, 2008 and 2009 five star best in client services. I am a full-time (and then some) real estate agent. Clients can always reach me, and can count on a quick and helpful response. Although, my success in real estate has been wonderful.
