I was born in Bend, Oregon and have lived here my entire life. I know the area well and all it has to offer. Personal service is my #1 goal. I love working with people and helping them to find that perfect place to call home. I strive to keep my clients abreast of everything that is happening with their transaction as soon as possible and getting them the information they need in making the best decisions. I don't strive to have as many clients as possible, because I want to have time for each of my clients and be accessible. Honesty, integrity, and trust are extremely important to me as well!
Now for a little more. I enjoy doing many things in Central Oregon. I love to camp, hike, hunt, fish, and enjoy many of the local community events. I attend Westside Church in Bend and lead the drama team there, which gives me a great creative outlet. I also enjoy reading, watching movies, and spending time with my son who is now 16 and driving. He has a project car that we are going to start working on together, did I say I like to work on cars? Well, I do. My dad was always asking me to come help him as I had little hands that could get where he couldn't, so I grew up working on cars and enjoy it. I also love football and motocross. I try and watch football as often as possible, and every year I drive up to Washougal Washington to watch the Motocross Nationals. I also love the coast and try and visit at least once or twice a year. Fall is a great time to visit the Oregon coast, as the weather is usually beautiful. I would love to see snow on the beach and build a snowman there. I love the fact that Central Oregon has four seasons, and each one brings new things to see. I love Bend and can't imagine living anywhere else.
Because I have lived in Bend my entire life, I enjoy working with people who are relocating to the area and helping them find exactly what they are looking for. Central Oregon has a lot to offer from camping, hiking, and biking, to skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling, to boating, waterskiing, fishing, and hunting, to golfing, community events, unique shops, variety of restaurants, and so much more. In the 50 best places to live, Bend was rated the #1 adventure town in the US in Men's Journal Magazine, and #20 over all. Bend is a great place to live and a great place to retire.
I also enjoy working with first-time home buyers. It is important they understand the process of buying a home. It is my goal to help them understand all the paperwork involved, including the home inspection, finding a good lender, answering their questions, and helping them feel comfortable in the process to home ownership. It is a joy to be able to see someone call the house they live their own home for the first time.
I also work with many other sellers and buyers. As I said, I love working with people, making sure they understand the process, answering all their questions as quickly as possible, and making the selling or buying process the smoothest it can be.
I have lived in Bend my entire life and know the area well. I enjoy working with relocating families and first time home buyers and helping them learn all they need to know about buying a home.
