| We were introduced to Ben via a family member in early September and are so pleased with how our home buying experience went. Short version:: Call Ben! Long version:: Ben is knowledgeable, honest, willing to keep us grounded when we'd go a little crazy because the housing market is so fast-paced right now, and he was extremely patient with us and our very specific needs. Moving across town can be difficult, but across country seemed nearly impossible at times. Having someone in our corner who knew the area and who would remind us we didn't have to force ourselves to love the wrong house was priceless. Ben took the reins and helped us find a wonderful home in a great neighborhood within budget by October. Our buying process was not without glitches with us being 900 miles away for most of it but Ben was always ready to calm the waters and assist in whatever was needed. His services didn't end at settlement. He's always a text or phone call away. If you want to have a realtor treat you like you're his number one priority and a friend, call Ben!
