I am a certified home inspector as well as a licensed carpenter with over 20 years experience in the construction industry.
My experience as project manager helps me with recognizing constuction defects but it also makes me able to put the defects into perspective. Some problems have to be mentioned and have to be dealt with but that doesn't mean that it would cost a lot of money or effort to correct them. I am able to communicate the issues to my client in a clear relevant way. This makes my inspection an educational experience for you.
