I am a Customer Service Professional who found himself into the Mortgage Industry. Many around me will say that they "sell Money" or are in the business of mortgages, but I take an alternate approach. I believe that by listening to a customers needs and providing a variety of services to reach those financial goals, a new level of trust can be formed.
With a degree in Finance, I first began pursuing real estate in South Carolina in 2003, and focused on oceanfront and vacation property sales until Moving to Tennessee in the spring of 2005. Upon moving i decided to use my finance degree and learn the other side of the transaction. I quickly transitioned into the Mortgage industry as a mortgage banker, where i was able to use expertise in Real Estate to educate clients on the proper mortgages for their situations.
Now, with a fim understanding of both sides of the transationI am able to thoroughly consult customers on the right home to purchase, and the correct financing to compliment the property.
