I have been in the mortgage business for 10+ years now and love every minute of it. I like helping people and this is just one of those careers that allows me to do so. The look of joy in someones eyes when they are closing on their first home and I know that I gave them the best deal available is worth it every time. Whether it's a purchase of a home , a refinance of a home, or commercial investment when they are approved and know that I am there for them whenever they need me, keeps me going. As I said earlier, I have been in the mortgage business for 10+ years. My drive for learning keeps me up on current market conditions and programs available to all clientele. I do not limit myself to only FHA/VA lending or to just the A paper mortgage.
