Professionalism, preparedness, attention to detail, and effective communication are the foundations of my business. I start with listening, and then provide information so clients can make informed decisions.
With over 10 years in real estate sales, I have developed a base of loyal clients, resulting in multiple transactions, and many referrals. One of the secrets to my success is that getting the job done to a client’s satisfaction is my top priority.
Working primarily within the Portland Metro area, my experience with buyers and sellers encompasses the purchase and sale of raw land, acreage properties, and single family homes, ranging from vintage to new construction. Having lived on acreage for years I am knowledgeable with the issues buyers and sellers face, including wells, septic systems, animal care and tax deferral status. New construction is a favorite market niche I enjoy, both in representing buyers and working with builders for listing and marketing subdivisions.
My previous work experience in the graphic arts field has contributed to my enjoyment of using my artistic and internet skills to develop marketing materials for sellers. I also advise home sellers on how to prepare the best presentation of their home to aid in a quicker sale for the best price possible.
I am a current member of Masters Circle, a professional association that recognizes dedication, experience and achievement, where members work together to advance professionalism and ethics within the industry, and enhance the Realtor® image by giving back to the communities they serve.
I volunteer as secretary of the Tualatin Valley Garden Club, and support their annual scholarship for a local high school student.
When not busy with real estate, I enjoy time spent with my family, taking walks with Mae Mobley – my Shepard cross rescue, creating art, browsing antique shops and time spent at the beach. Travel has always been a passion and I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to visit China, Scotland and England.
I love working with clients both new and old, and will serve with Integrity, communication and results.
I primarily work on the westside, including Sherwood, Beaverton, Aloha, Lake Oswego, Tigard, Tualatin, West Linn, Wilsonville, Newberg, Dundee, Forest Grove, Cornelius, Banks, North Plains. I have experience selling in downtown Portland and the Oregon Coast. I have also on occasion served clients on the eastside, in Gresham, and North Portland. The homes I have assisted clients with fall into the following categories:
