My decision to become involved in real estate stems from a belief that the backbone of the American system is based on home ownership and access to homeownership by as many citizens as possible. 

Real estate is the most surefire way to build long term wealth.  Anyone who sold a home for a profit understands this; there are few other times when a person can walk away from a closed deal with a year or more salary without actually having to go out and work for it. 

It is also unique in its ability to be leveraged to further your objectives, whatever they may be.  If you have enough equity in your home you can pull the money out to purchase more real estate, start a business or do anything else your heart desires.  There is no other asset in the world that can be leveraged this way. 

Now is an exciting time in real estate, I am personally fortunate to be involved in many successful transactions with many unique clients with different needs.  One thing we all have in commmon; our belief that the housing market is the vehicle on the road to the American Dream.
