I am a life-long resident of Charlotte County and Southwest Florida. Born and raised in the sunshine and sparkling waters of Charlotte Harbor, the Peace River, and the Gulf of Mexico. | I recently downsized from a 4 bedroom house with pool. Brett Bishop was my selected agent. I found him to be very knowledgeable and especially helpful to me as an inexperienced real estate seller. Brett was so helpful in explaining all the paper work that was entirely foreign to me. The sale and transfer of property was smooth and non-troublesome.
