I have lived in Key West most of my life. I know the area well. I love selling real estate in the Florida Keys. I have the expertise to find buyers properties that suit their real estate needs. My buyer data base and online marketing plan keep my sellers listings in front of thousands of potential buyers. I attract buyers with my extensive online marketing.

I sell real estate from Key West to Big Pine Key. I specialize in knowing where to look for great deals. Like a local fisherman I know where the best fishing holes are located. How do I find more than my share of good deals? I have lived in Key West for over 40 years, I am an Accredited Buyers Agent (APR), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and an e-Pro (Electronic Professions). I scour the MLS for good deals. I am hooked up with the government entities selling foreclosures (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Hud) I have expertise in the short sale and REO (Bank Owned) market. I know where the good deals are hiding, I spend the majority of my time looking at thousands of listings. I have seen many markets since 1979 when I got my first Real Estate License.

A good deal may not be a distressed property. One must be able to have the local knowledge to to recognize and negotiate a successful sale. The real estate crash has affected all properties. Desirable properties in solid neighborhoods will hold their value in any market. Sellers of these properties can hold firm on price if a property is priced to sell. Selling a non-distressed property comes with the mistaken impression that all real estate sales are fire sales. Well priced properties sell close to full price in any market. Studying the market data and evaluating the facts leads to a price that can be substantiated.
