As a buyer's agent, I am not here to sell you a home, I am here to represent you and your best interests. I am here as your guide through this process, that is why I refer to myself as a broker, not a sales person.
As a seller's agent, I have spent years expanding my knowledge of homes and the home building process through both education and experience.
A small percentage of realtors have earned the designation from the Council of Residential Specialists, and I am proud to be one of them. This shows the dedication and expertise that I have in our field. I have also earned the designation of Residential Construction Certified, which is earned through extensive knowledge of the construction process from start to finish to help better represents both builders and buyers of new construction. Technology is also an exteremly improtant part of today's transaction, that is why I have also taken the time to earn the e-Pro designation. A designation that greatly improves your knowledge of using the tools of the online world in a real estate transaction.
