I'm building a company the specializes in building strong, successful real estate agents and franchises.
You see, I have noticed that most companies focus on numbers and not on the individual. We believe that by working first to strengthen each agent, the team will be more productive and successful. We don't believe MORE is better, we Believe BETTER is better.
We make sure each agent is truly oriented and train in the basic pillars of successful real estate sales.
We seek out the latest technological tools available in real estate then teach them how to use them.
We build a team culture that is supportive and fun. We enjoy and encourage each other much like a family..

We make sure each agent is truly oriented and train in the basic pillars of successful real estate sales.
We show each agent how to properly brand themselves then how to sell their brand to the marketplace in order to generate Leeds.
We seek out the latest technological tools available in real estate then teach them how to use them.
We build a team culture that is supportive and fun. We enjoy and encourage each other much like a family..
We then introduce our agents to a program called sponsoring by which they can enhance their commission income with single level residuals in order to create retirement security which is unheard of in real estate today.

EXIT Realty of Upper New England's mission is to build the largest and most productively successful real estate operation in Upper New England with over 47 profitable brokerages and over 2322 agents recruited by August 17, 2020 at noon.
