In 2006 I realized that the market in Michigan was not going to get any prettier, so I decided to bow out.  However, I have many years of administrative and executive assistant experience and felt it would be beneficial for me to expound on my skills.  It has always been a dream of mine to own and operate a business.  This is a very exciting time for me.  The potential for this is huge.  In Michigan (where I live) there is a group of virtual assistants (Michigan VA's) that are a close knit community ready to jump in and lend a hand when needed.  In all my years I have never experienced anything like this. 

Another facet of owning a business is the networking possibilities.  In the past few months I have stepped up my networking and have found it to be not only a great resource, but a wonderful way to add quality to ones life.  The other entrepreneurs (especially the women) are also will to step up and give you a helping hand.  Even if it is just pointing you in the direction of assistance, it is still helpful.

Below are a few of the tasks that a virtual assistant can perform to help ease your day!  If you are looking for tasks other than those listed, it does not mean that it is beyond our realm.  It just means that either we just didn't put it on the list; or if we cannot perform it, then we will find you a Virtual Assistant who will. 

 

VIRTUAL SERVICES

Maintain and update client databases: If you have contact manager software, you will only need to provide me with your access information and I will keep it up to date (or bring it up to date). Constant Contact:  Creating and sending e-mails to your raving fans.Make Telephone calls: I will contact your clients to set up appointments, get feedback or any other necessary information you may need. Research on the Internet: I can research the item or items that you do not have time to look for.Make travel arrangements: set up airline flights, car/limo rental, and hotel accomodations.Proof reading: Whether it's a manual, article or letter, I can check it over for misspelled words and grammatical errors.Desk top publishing: Create brochures, flyers or business cards.  This includes Listing flyers.Mailings (large and small):  Stuff and mail out a large or small mailings. Sending out a change of address notice to your clients.Naming your business: Are you 'stuck'?  We can create a name for you company. Manage vendor relations: Resolving issues with your phone company or another vendor. Plan Meetings and/or events: Whether it is a Grand Opening, client appreciation day or a seminar, I can put it all together for you.

IN ADDITION

Notary Public Services: I have a mobile Notary Public Service. I can come to your site or to a specified site. I will also make myself available at a specified time (for an additional charge).
