I have a great passion for Real Estate and take pride in educating buyers and sellers throughout the entire real estate experience. I am detailed oriented and organized and use my 22 years of information technology management to better serve buyers via the internet and electronic means. I also leverage the internet extensively to most effectively market properties for my sellers. I provide real estate services in Greater Hartford and the surrounding areas. I am a lifelong resident of the Greater Hartford area, live in the Farmington valley and know many of the surrounding communities extremely well. My high energy level, keen client focus and excellent negotiation skills have served my clients well. I'd love to help anyone you know that might need real estate services in the areas I service.
Certifications
I developed and teach a new homebuyers seminar which has been well attended and extremely beneficial to new homebuyers. I also have my e.Pro certification and that married with my significant 22 year technology background has provided great comfort to the generation X and Y buyers who prefer to use technology to communicate and explore new home purchase opportunites. This certification has also affored me the ability to extensively market using the internet which has helped my sellers get their homes sold more quickly and for top dollar. I also hold a Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation and I am quite seasoned in working with elderly clients and handling probate work. I have my broker's license and recently completed my GRI and ABR designations.
