Opened my own agency to better serve my valued customers in a professional manner to deliver the level of service someone deserves in this marketplace. My background is real estate, multi channel, multi-unit sales management, sales and marketing, construction, remolding and custom built homes. My travels have taken me from coast to coast and I have seen the good and bad in the real estate markets of Charlotte, Atlanta, Miami, Southern California, Northern California, Orlando, Houston and Dallas. What great value Lincoln County, North Carolina has to offer with all the amenities an upscale city like Charlotte has to offer just over a half an hour away. With my solid business background I work for my clients to deliver a service that I truly believe they deserve and when everything is complete they would recommend me to all their friends and family.

Do you know the right questions to ask when looking for a Real Estate Professional? Do they know how to measure a home? Should I have a home inspection before I list my home? Do you put flyers out at the curb for potential customers? Do you do the fliers and are they black and white or color? Where will you advertise my home? If looking for a home does the agent have a questionnaire to define truly all the amenities you are looking for and then rank each so to come up with good potential homes so your time is not being wasted. When buying a home that is on a well, should I check capacity? Can you get high speed Internet through the phone (DSL) or does it have cable? If you had it where you needed high speed internet and had to resort to satellite or dial up, would that work for you? In today's world at least for me I need my high speed Internet!
