We are a full Service team of experienced REALTORS. Myself, I have been in sales for over 28 years. Having moved from Illinois in 2002 and retiring from the Investment/Insurance Industry, I was totally lost in purchasing a home in Arizona. Unfortunately, the majority of the REALTOR's had no customer service skills and no follow up. The last agent I worked with told me, "if your such a good salesman, get your license" . I promptly did so, and the rest is history. I was the Rookie of the Year in 2002 and thats only being in the field the last 5 months of the year. Since that time, I have consistently been in the top 2 in Sales, and have also built the #1 Office in the Kingman area. The Majority of my agents, were either new to the business or had very little experience. Having run other offices, I knew how important it was to provide a better and higher level of service to our clients. This has been the focus of our meetings and trainings. We opened RE/MAX Prestige in Aug. 04. By the end of 2005, we were the #1 Office, and continue to build a large leed over our comptetitors. There are 2 major sayings I stress to my agents: #1 Its all about service, #2 What the mind of Man can conceive and believe the Mind of man can achieve.

Jonny Meins--Jonny, well,,,he has been with me Since 2005 ,,my right hand and go to guy when I need help with clients. Jonny brings a business degree from ASU, and has a very laid back personality, But is a very tough negotiator for his clients. Jonny recently received is commercial certification. Jonny has been very strong in land sales both on the listing and sales side.
Dwayne Patterson-Team Leader-Owner/RE/MAX Prestige----My specialty from the beginning has been land and commercial properties, however, I do enjoy working with clients on home sales and purchases. Having been in the Insurance/Investment Industry for 23 years I have developed tremendous negotiation skills, sales and recruiting skills.
Gary Lott & Billie Hiser, our Team within our Team! Gary & Billie bring a strong appraisal background to the table as well as a vast knowledge of Commercial Property and Development land. Billie is our Marketing specialist with a strong computer and advertising background.
Freddy Sanchez- Freddy joined our Team in 2013 to lead our residential sales group. With young in his pocket, Freddy spends long hours assisting clients that are looking to buy and sell residential and buildable lots.
Debra Adams also joined our Team in 2013. Debra has a background in Title and Escrow as well as working with lenders selling foreclosure homes at auction. Debra has a vast knowledge of all aspects of residential sales as well as a great legal background.
Patterson's Executive Team offers a well rounded group of professionals to serve all aspects of real estate through out Mohave County in NW Arizona.
