Vice President Brian Brady brings over 30 years of experience in capital markets to his role at Matthews™.Sitting in the company’s Tampa office, Brian serves nationwide clients through capital advisory and aids in the growth and development of the Matthews™ Capital Markets Division. Throughout his career, he has worked in numerous asset classes, including multifamily, single tenant net lease, industrial, retail, hospitality, and owner-user.

Brian is a licensed real estate broker in AL, CA, and FL and an NMLS licensed originator.  He has helped independent commercial real estate brokers secure financing for their clients for over 15 years. Prior to that, Brian served as a national sales manager for a retail residential mortgage lender.

Outside of the office, Brian is an active member of Tampa’s community as a volunteer for The Honor Foundation, a member of the Knights of Columbus, and a member of the Society of Real Estate Professionals.  He is a Past Chapter President of the Villanova University Alumni Association and currently serves as a co-facilitator for the Real Estate Career Circle of the Villanova University Alumni Association. He and his wife were Board members of the University of San Diego Parents Association.

Brian’s passion in and out of the office makes him an asset to building and developing the Matthews™ Capital Markets Division.
