| Austin is professional and efficient, well organized and goes above and beyond! He helped my family of 4 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs find the perfect rental (and really put himself out there on our behalf when it came to negotiating with a landlord who was somewhat nervous about renting to a family so big). Thank you again for your amazing work and a job well done! I used to be a loan processor in Chicago for a mortgage broker and I have worked with my share of realtors. Austin is a rare one. He listens and delivers for the client, not for his own personal gain! |

| As someone who has moved a lot over the years, I can really say it was refreshing to have such a great agent to find us the perfect rental for the price and area we wanted! Austin was patient and knowledgeable on the current market - his schedule was very flexible which was greatly appreciated with our busy lives.
