 11) We know how important it is to hear feedback from your agent.  We call all agents who show our listings within 72 hours after the showing to ask for feedback.  If the agent responds to our call we upload the remarks to a password protected website so you can view the activity at a time that is convenience for you.

12) We are a team that believes in  putting your needs above our own.  We never forget that you have a choice so we strive daily to be more than the usual.

We have a large network of lenders and in almost all situations at least one of them will have a loan program available that will suit your specific needs.  On the rare occasion when there is not a loan program available to suit your specific needs, we know lenders who will gladly coach you on what you need to do to eventually meet the requirements of a loan program that best suits your needs.
