A little about Audrey Mills. Audrey is a native of Ocala, Florida and transferred with her parents to the Orlando area in the summer of the early 80's. Wow, what a contrast, horse country to Mickey Mouse Land!
Audrey's background in real estate began in the residential arena in 1998 working for Century 21 managing the Broker of office and several Licensed Real Estate Agents. In 1999, Audrey attended IFREC Real Estate School of Orlando, Florida and after passing the Florida State Exam she received her State of Florida Certified Real Estate license and started her career with Coldwell Banker assisting families in reaching their real estate dreams and goals in home ownership. From this point she had the compelling motivation to gain a deeper knowledge of New Home Construction. She meet a custom home builder in the Orlando area who had been in business for over 15 years and this is where she started learning everything from the ground up: digging footers to architectural design and the actual construction of standard and custom homes. Eventually, seeking advancement as well as broadening her knowledge in residential real estate, she evolved into becoming the Vice President/Partner with a new home construction company in Orlando, Florida.
Audrey has experience in Residential real estate, Commercial and Retail real estate, New Construction and Land Development. She has earned her real estate license as well as her mortgage broker's license so she has a full understanding of financing as well.
Audrey has her family to include three beautiful sons! Audrey has an appreciation for architectural design. She has a passion for the coast and spending as much time as possible soaking up the beautiful weather that Florida extends to us. She also enjoys hitting a few balls on the golfcourse.
