Get to Know David Radke
Well, what can I tell you, I have ONLY been in the lending profession my entire career. I started at Draper & Kramer, Inc. while I was still attending DePaul University. I worked in their Residential Mortgage Division. These were the days when we were the "the only game in town". We lent to all the major developers in the Suburbs..this was in the early 90's when nothing was really being built in the downtown market. From there I spent a couple years at Grubb & Ellis. I worked in thier Institutional Investment Department. We put togeter financing for rental buildings that were being built at that time.
Certifications
I guess you could say the most satisfying client is the 1st time homebuyer. Not that I mind working with HNW people buying in the Gold Coast. National City Bank has an outstanding Assist Bond Program, in which we gift buyers 4.25% og their loan amount. They can use this toward closing costs and/or downpayment. It's truly is an outstanding program that our bank started about ten years ago in order to provide resonable financing to 1st time homebuyers.
