As a Customer Care Specialist at Market Leader, I spend my days assisting real estate professionals with their technical support and training needs. I am qualified to support Essentials, Professional, and Business Suite accounts. Currently, I am broadening my horizons by learning the ActiveRain system. I am very excited about getting to know members of the ActiveRain community and assisting more people on a daily basis.

My background in art, fashion design, film production, and web design lends itself well to the creative problem solving necessary when supporting software products.

Outside of work, I enjoy eating sushi, spending time outdoors, and painting. My latest hobby, which I am very excited about, is lampworking. Lampworking is a form of glass blowing that involves melting hot glass into sculptures, jewelry, marbles, and other functional art.
