| Arthur allows his clients to use their own skills on deciding the right house for their needs. He listen to what his clients are looking for, sets up appropriate meeting times with appropriate products, is always punctual, and then lets his clients study the house with little sales technigues. He points out good AND bad features of the house for general information that a client will need to help their decision. The closing and negociating for the price got a bit hectic on this sale, but I recommend Arthur as a hard working, non pressure, client loyal realtor. Meanwhile, as we looked for our house, Arthur patiently spent much time on our project and we think we did very well with the purchase. |
