People have always asked me why I chose a career in real estate. The truth of the matter is that real estate chose me. During my college years, I was uncertain of what my career path would be. I moved to Orlando and enrolled at the University Of Central Florida (UCF) where I studied Civil Engineering. It wasn’t until I took career assessment surveys, which recommended careers as an attorney or real estate consultant was when I tried my hand at real estate. I fell in love instantly and have never looked back since.

During my first years of real estate, I became a massive sponge, soaking up all the knowledge I could find regarding real estate and business. I took several real estate investment courses and was a sales consultant and a real estate investor. In fact I owned my first property at the young age of 22. I took initiative and learned the American real estate system through research and education as my parents at the time knew only enough to buy the home they currently owned. However, like so many others, I wasn’t completely prepared for the real estate crash of such proportions.

The downturn in the market caused me to strive to be the best. As a result, I started a company to help individuals work with a firm they not only admire, but trust wholeheartedly. I am surprised that many realtors still judge their clients superficialities like the way they dress or speak. Unfortunately, many agents lack of expertise exposes their clients to risk of additional costs and their lack of attention to detail is passed to the sidelines where stellar service is so few and far between.
