 Debra started her career in 1982 as a real estate agent and within 2 years became the top producing agent in an 18 office company.  Her career development has a trail of experience in real estate brokerage management, recruiting, marketing and training.  In 1993 she started her association with the largest national and international real estate franchisor as Regional Trainer for the Northeast Division and in 1996 became a National Trainer for that franchise system.  In 1997 she co-founded ProCalibre Associates and authored and developed that company's core agent/company business and skill development programs:
