I have worked in the local real estate trade for about 30 years. I have a background in many aspects of the real estate business. I am currently in my 8th year as a "Licensed" REALTOR, but have spent many years working in the background of the real estate business.
Escrow is an important term to all parties involved in the buying and selling process. For me it's not just a term or an event. I have worked 12+ years in the Title and Escrow business, and I know the process well, and understand it well enough to help my clients understand it.
I also teach real estate classes both in licensing subjects and technology subjects, so I know the real estate process and contract well, and can utilize technology as an asset, not a stumbling block.
I am also a Licensed California Notary Public, giving me further expertise when it comes to handling documents and assisting my clients through the paper trail to the end goal.
I specialize in serving my clients. Whether it's expensive ocean view homes or estates, or humble beginnings of young families, each one is important to that client, and each one deserves customized service and the highest level of care.
Lately I have been able to specialize in Bank owned foreclosure homes, both representing the banks, and representing buyers who are buying these types of properties. It is like a river, ever constant, yet ever changing.
Does that mean that conventional real estate is gone? No, but even conventional real estate is affected by the "Elephant in the Room" of the huge effect that home foreclosures are having on the convetional real estate market.
