For starters, I hate writing about MYSELF because I feel others should vouch on one's behalf, so if you feel the desire to verify anything I write here, just ask and I will be happy to pass along my recommender's contact info.

Now, since I am encouraged to write about ME, I suppose I should attempt to SHINE! 

I am not your "average" REALTOR! I love working with ETHICAL, HONEST, AND FAIR people (anyone in this business, should BE a people's person). I had to be specific with the attributes of the 'kind' of people I enjoy working with because unfortunately in this business I have and will stumble upon those who possess the opposite traits, to include, customers, clients and other agents- call it LIFE, in general.

I entered this business with a marketing background, BRAND marketing to be exact. However, I have worked in the real estate industry throughout my professional career, in other facets (loan processor and underwriter), so having knowledge from the other side of the industry combined with having a marketing background helps a lot.

I am a full time residential and commercial realtor; however, I work primarily with residential but my first listing as a REALTOR was a commercial property; I obtained that listing within my first week of being a licensed realtor, which is rare, but that listing is what gave me exposure to the commercial side of RE. However, I thoroughly enjoy working with residential, especially when I walk into a home that is captivating- you know, those castle-look-alike-homes?! 

I keep myself abreast with the happenings in my industry by attending courses, reading related articles, and keeping my 'ear to the street' (colloquially speaking). 

If someone were to ask, Why would anyone want to work with me? I would respond: I am competent, personable, and what I don't know I can find out. Also, I am honest, ethical and 'about my business' because I am passionate about what I do!
