You or your underwriter have probably relived the scenario too many times:  You have an appraisal in hand, but you notice that something's missing, obviously mistyped, information is in the wrong place on the form, or what-have-you.  We have great news.  With our website, when we produce an appraisal report in electronic format and upload it to a secure area for you to download, an engine automatically checks the report to ensure all the fields are filled in that need to be, that nothing fatal is missing from the report - in short, that the report squares with our Errors and Omissions requirements.  (We have a stake in the report being complete, too!)  What this means for you is far, far fewer appraisals with missing or incomplete information.  No more combing the report line by line for errors, finding one (or more), and having to play phone tag with us to get the mistake fixed.
