Valuations: Specializing in litigation oriented valuations with attorney related work, including marital disharmony, estates, partnerships etc. In depth knowledge and research offers clients not just the typical "market value" definition, but a full spectrum of market based data with which to make best informed decisions as well as "win" cases. Added niche specialities include "forensics"-uncovering fraud, fraud prevention etc. Additionally, high net worth clients and estates that require dedicated efforts have been entrusted to me since 1990. Most recent influx of work has been for attorneys specializing in "loan mods".  Valuations conducted for residential as well as commercial properties.

New business development includes consulting on starting new divisions, subsidiaries, increasing current business relationships as well as growing new business. Most of this has been centered around the mortgage & appraisal professions.
