Established since 1990, We area a family owned and operated company. We have experience working with large cliental and volume. All appraisals go through an internal review department to help reduce underwriting issues. This does not affect our turn around time which is typically 24 - 72 hours, depending on the location of the subject property. Of course, larger properties over $1 million dollars and commercial properties may take longer to complete. However, our clients are kept informed about the status of the assignment. With one central location handling all the appraisal status updates, our clients find it very easy to be informed on any appraisal in any state.
We have experience in FHA, new constructions, tax tribunal, expert witnesses/litigation, commercial, residential, REO, purchases, refinancing, proposed construction, and more. Most of our appraisers also have previous experience in the real estate market such as Brokers, sales persons, developing, etc., and are able to answer most questions in regards to real estate. We, as an appraisal firm, want the best for our clients. If we feel an appraisal will not be necessary for your particular requirements, we will inform you and try and direct you in the right direction.
