My real estate talents reach far beyond the traditional certifications and years of selling homes that many realtors boast about. This is only the beginning of my journey as an agent which explains the deficiencies to boast about but I have an abundance of knowledge in building and remodeling homes. For the last 10 years I have been working in the residential housing market with investors, first time home buyers, vacation home owners, and sellers looking for affordable upgrades to increase sales prices. My reputation as a residential contractor is very pleasing but my ability to advance my career hit a ceiling and I needed to find a new way to extend my skills. Becoming a Realtor was the most logical choice.
As I mentioned earlier I dedicated the past 10 years to learning everything I could about building and remodeling homes. My first job was laboring for a mason to learn the basics building blocks of what a house is made of. I continued to increase my abilities through carpenters, roofers, drywallers, and painters and soon had enough knowledge to open my own business. All successful entreprenuers know that starting your own business is something that takes dedication, patients, and money you don't have but if you can keep working at it soon the rewards are worth all of the risks. After 5 years of owning and operating my remodeling business I reached a point where fabricating custom furniture and creative mosiac tile work was no longer a challenge and I needed to feed my desires to learn something new. I am now in my first year of real estate agency and although abundant money is not yet one of my rewards I get to smile everyday knowing I helped another family's dreams come true.
As a resident of the area for over 20 years I am not only a great agent but I could also be your neighbor.
