I specialize in the Fort Wayne and Surrounding Areas of Allen, Noble and Whitley Counties. By having earned the Accredited Buyer Representative Designation I have learned many valuable tips and I can share a lot of extra advice with my buyers. I have continued my education by also received my GRI- from the Graduate REALTORS® Institute and my CRS- Certified Residential Specialist. All of these certifications enable me to assist both my buyer and seller clients. My Professional Affiliations include being a Member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Member of Indiana Association of REALTORS®, Member of the (UPSTAR) Upstate Alliance of REALTORS® as well as a Past Board Member of the Upstate Alliance of REALTORS®
My experience includes helping clients that were first time buyers and move up buyers all the way to also include couples that are downsizing or even moving to a retirement community. It is a very satisfying feeling when we are at the closing table knowing that I was able to help them get there. I have grown up here, graduated from North Side High School here locally and received an Associate Degree from Ivy Tech. Being a REALTOR® to me means that I am a Marketing Specialist and I currently have sold over $55 Million in Career Sales. I've been a Multi million Dollar Producer since 1995( Licensed since 1993).
