I work with Keller Williams CT Realty serving Hartford, Middlesex, New Haven and New London counties. I also hold my license in NY (where I am originally from). I enjoy helping people find "the home" that is right for them. I work very hard to find my clients what they need and I am available to answer their questions whenever they need me within reason, usually from 9am until 9pm. I am a very direct person and I make sure my clients are clear as to what is going on in the real estate market, what to expect during the transaction and what to expect from me when I work for them, etc. I have the resources to make their real estate transaction go smoothly (Attorneys, Mortgage brokers, etc.). I want to be remembered for helping people, not hurting them.
First time home buyers are one of my many areas of expertise. I will never forget what it felt like when I went from being a renter to a buyer for the first time and I always try to put myself in the clients shoes so I understand where they are coming from and I am able to reassure them and explain things to them when they are feeling stressed out or have questions. I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I help someone with the first time home buying process. I have the knowledge and connections to get them information they need (mortgage bankers, loans, info, etc.) I have worked with many people who were down sizing, up sizing and retiring to other states and I seem to connect well with all age groups.
