My goals are twofold - to direct buyers and sellers to the right agent who can shepherd them through the process of a home search or a home sale and to guide those embarking in a new career, as I have guided, nurtured and grown many real estate salespeople and their clientele.

As a former educator, I entered real estate sales for entrepreneurial and personal fulfillment hard to achieve in a salaried position or a 9-5 job where there was no "ownership".  I "sold" the way I "taught", by educating buyers and sellers to their choices and empowering them to make the decision best suited to them. I eventually grew from a successful sales associate into the managerial role I have today to coach people transitioning from an employment situation to an independent sales career where they can be personally and financially rewarded in proportion to their skill level.
