1.  Availability and Communication.  I give you my cell number so you can reach me at any time day or night.  I work weekends, and since my kids are grown- it is easy for me to cater to your needs.

2.  Experience- Prior to becoming a real estate agent my husband and I were involved with investing, rehabbing and foreclosures.  This knowledge gives me an added edge over other agents without "hands-on" experience.  In addition, we have had 15 of our own transactions.
