Welcome to Saint Petersburg and the Beautiful Tampa Bay Area!

I am Real Estate Advisor with Coastal Properties Group & Christie’s International Real Estate. I was invited to join this invitation-only brokerage based on my previous performance in the real estate industry.

My job is to continue learning and to share my international network with my clients to help them find the best home or the perfect buyer. I value building relationships with my clients, and I believe that listening to clients is the best way to provide the kind of service they want and deserve. It means understanding the intricacies of negotiation, marketing and pricing strategies, and having the ability to find creative solutions for each individual’s needs. This enables me to achieve a win-win situation for all parties involved.

I enjoy keeping up to date on the latest real estate information, housing trends, technology and green living information through continuing education and networking. I love the convenience of technology but always strive to maintain my personal touch. I am involved in the real estate community on the local, state, national and international levels.

I am a founding member, past chair, and current director of the National Association of REALTORS® award winning Pinellas International Council where I have had the opportunity to educate fellow realtors and introduce what the beautiful Tampa Bay Area has to offer.

I was born in Germany, raised in the USA, and previously lived in the Caribbean Islands. I have visited many countries in Europe, the Americas, as well as Australia, New Zealand, and Cuba. I have seen first-hand how important relationships are in conducting one's business and in one's personal life.

I love traveling, photography, cooking, gardening, boating, reading, art, music, sports, architecture, remodeling homes, decorating houses, and making jewelry.

 I am always looking to help others and build my community through volunteering or donating to the Salvador Dali Museum, Habitat for Humanity, UNICEF, Special Olympics, Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Ocean Conservancy, National Parks, Smithsonian Institute, Annapolis Historic Foundation, Colonial Williamsburg, and several other organizations.
