I've been a real estate agent since 2001 specializing in resort properties. I work, live and play on the Crystal Coast and have had success showing my clients how to do the same!
Since 2001, I have earned my GRI, CRS, ABR and am currently working on the new RSPS designation. I am a WCR member, 2006 Past President, and currently 2009 CCAMLS Board Treasurer.
Prior to entering the real estate world, my husband and I owned an Electronics Contract Manufacturing firm in Raleigh. I also owned my own consulting business called Q'EST that focused on Accounting Solutions by bridging the gap between manual bookkeeping and computerized software.
We have a beautiful daughter, Gina, who lives in Raleigh and is a Medical Sales Consultant. I'm also a proud Puggle grandparent!!
I specialize in resort properties, condos or homes, from Atlantic Beach to Emerald Isle, NC. I have personal experience with rental properties, and an intimate knowledge of the rental management process. Although, my first time buyer experience has been limited, I have worked with several over the years that have been extremely satisfied customers.
Since I live on the water, own a boat and water toys, I can share many experiences of a lifestyle many are seeking when looking for beach or waterfront properties.
