Real Estate. That's all I know. My family has been in the real estate business since 1976. Three weeks after graduating high school, I was enrolled in real estate school and got my license at the age of 18.  In my junior year of college, I starting listing & selling homes. Right from the beginning I knew my age, and the fact that I looked like a kid, was going to give people doubt about working with me. So I worked hard, asked a lot of questions and educated myself better than most of the realtors out there. I had no choice. I knew that my customers were going to overlook the fact that I could be one of their children when they heard what I had to say and presented myself as a market professional.

While in college, I quickly realized that I didnt want a regular 9-5 job like all my friends. By the age of 20, I bought and sold my first house and have since built/developed 15 homes and renovated/re-sold countless others. I went back to real estate school and got my GRI and Broker's license at the age of 26. Knowledge is key.

In 2006, I became the Broker/Owner of Neno-Rosa Agency, Inc. t/a ROSA AGENCY, INC. Who knew the real estate market was about to fall apart? I hit the ground running and have weathered the storm with my entire sales team. In fact, I was lucky enough to have some wonderful people join my office in the last 6 years.

I recently got earned my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) designations and currently enrolled for my Certified Residental Broker (CRB) designation. This business was started by my father in 1984. The entire industry has changed from when I first started. I love it. Dealing with homeowners and buyers is truly a rewarding experience. I'm sure he would be proud of what we have done and what my plans are for the future.
