Having worked for a developer in the past, I have an intimate knowledge of the buying process for new construction homes.I have guided many clients through the new construction and pre-sale process, whether it's first-time buyers or experienced investors. I maintain a website based off of new condominium developments in the Greater Vancouver area. Staying up to date on all the new buildings, developer incentives and changes to the face of real estate is something I take great pride in.

I am experienced in foreclosures and have had the pleasure of guiding many clients through the process across the Lower Mainland. Foreclosures tend to make some purchasers nervous and I truly enjoy putting them at ease and helping them understand exactly how the process works and what to expect along the way.
