Andrea was born in Belmont where she and her husband, David Barber, raised their 4 children. A lifelong summer resident of Falmouth, Andrea started her real estate career in 2004 on Cape Cod while splitting her time between Falmouth, Belmont and Watertown. She quickly became a top producer, assisting hundreds of buyers and sellers with both primary and secondary homes, as well as with the purchase of land.

Prior to becoming an agent, Andrea spend many years working in her husband, David’s law office, specializing in real estate operations. From there she gained the knowledge and experience needed to make her real estate transactions flow smoothly from start to finish.

Andrea is a member of the Cape and Islands Real Estate Board and Cape & Islands MLS as well as the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and MLSpin. Always eager to have more knowledge, Andrea has earned her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designations, and she is a Notary Public. Andrea is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and Massachusetts Association of Realtors.

When they are not helping their clients, Andrea and her husband love spending time with their grandchildren at the beach and playing golf.
