My qualifications is that I have an amazing marketing network. I was able to have a home under contract (short sale) in less than 3 weeks! Not only that but I have even had some closings from acceptance of offer to close to take just one week! Most of my sales are quick and the homes are not on the market very long. The only ones that take time are short sales, for obvious reasons.
Certifications
I work with all buyers, but especially military or veterans, being a military spouse myself I understand the VA process. I also specialize in the Central Florida Area, especially all of Lake County, Seminole County, and Winter Garden/Windermere.
