I have been serving the needs of my buyers and sellers since 2008 when I obtained my real estate license. Prior to that I was a loan officer, which gives me the extra advantage of knowing various angles of the real estate transaction. I strive to go above and beyond to exceed my clients expectations. I believe my personal attention and dedication to my clients is one of my best attributes and what sets me apart from other real estate agents.
I have lived and worked in the west valley of Phoenixmost of my life. I specialize in real estate located in Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Waddell, Buckeye, Surprise, Avondale, Glendale and Peoria. I have experience with bank owned, new build homes, short sales, HUD homes, first time homebuyers, investment homes & regular sales.
My family is my motivation to push myself to achieve my goals. My husband Ray and I have 3 children: Maddie, Aiden & Ellie. Family is so important to me! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, baking, and outdoor activities.
