Get to Know Amber Milligan
I live in Bixby, OK where I am raising 2 girls. Alyssa is 13 and Adriana is 7. I am engaged to a wonderful man who serves in our Naval Special Forces. I attend Life Church and volunteer in our children s ministry. I have been in the mortgage business for the last seven years. Throughout that time we have seen many changes. Some that have been good and others that have made it an extremely difficult job. But I love this job and getting to help people make their dreams of home ownership a reality.

Much of my business is Government Financing. With 100% RD loans, FHA and VA I keep myself up to date on the changes in the guidelines so there are no surprises (We have all heard those stories about people getting to the closing table and not actually closing. Thankfully I have never experienced this) My company offers many products that the competition doesn't have such as, escrow hold backs, 203K, FHA down to a 580 Credit Score.
I hold monthly training sessions on credit and how it works so that both my buyers and Realtors understand what the Lender is looking for when you buy a home. And also, to educate consumers on what effects your credit score. When you understand the process it isn't nearly as scary.
