LETS MAKE MONEY! My passion is using the leverage of OPM (other people's money). One of the best and most fun places to learn how to do this is to participate in a "Cash Flow Game" (by Robert Kurosaki) in your own or a nearby area. This is what inspired me to get my real estate license in the first place. I joined a Saturday morning group meeting in the La Canada area in southern California. We met for almost a year. During that time we had many business owners, students, investors, dreamers, etc join us every week for a lively game of Cash Flow. Then afterward those who were interested gathered around a table and a large white board to strategize and figure out what it would take each one of us to apply what we had learned and "take it to the next level". We were a sort of "Mastermind Group" before that term become in vogue! I became very exhilarated by the exchange. Every week we attracted new people who had a lot to offer us - great food for thought! I would like to start such a group in the Napa area.
